Our Vision

Imagine what happens when women stand together. When women connect, inspire one another, share their experiences, and open doors for others, individual strength becomes a collective force for positive change.

GROW-TH is a women-led initiative founded in Thailand, created to build a community in which personal growth and social impact go hand in hand.

GROW-TH brings women together through inspiring encounters, meaningful conversations, and shared experiences.

Our aim is to create a community where women can connect beyond their usual circles, learn from one another, exchange ideas and experiences, and encourage each other to take new steps.

At the same time, we want to turn the energy of this community into something tangible: creating opportunities for women who may not have the same access, resources, or networks.

Growth is therefore at the heart of GROW-TH in two ways:

Build a strong and diverse community of women in Thailand and all over Asia.
Create opportunities for genuine connection, inspiration, and exchange.
Bring together women from different backgrounds, generations, professions, and cultures.
Encourage women to share their knowledge, experience, and networks.
Create a space where new ideas, collaborations, and friendships can emerge.
Support initiatives that strengthen women’s independence, creativity, education, and economic opportunity.
Ensure that the support generated through GROW-TH reaches projects and people directly and transparently.

While GROW-TH is centred around women and the power of female community, men who share our values and wish to contribute to particular conversations or initiatives are warmly welcome.

How We Grow

GROW-TH creates intimate gatherings, talks, and encounters with people whose stories can inspire us to think differently.

Our Inspiration Dinners are not intended as traditional networking events. They are places for conversation, curiosity, and connection.

We invite people who have taken unusual paths, created change, overcome boundaries, or used their experience to create opportunities for others.

Their stories are the starting point. What grows from the conversation belongs to all of us.

Our first chapter was founded in Chiang Mai, and we hope to open more chapters across Thailand and Asia soon.

How We Give

GROW-TH does not need to create every project itself. We believe meaningful impact can also come from identifying people and organisations already doing valuable work and helping them take that work further.

Our role can be to support (financially), connect, contribute, open doors, and bring the strength of our community behind initiatives that share our values.

At the same time, GROW-TH may develop its own initiatives where we see an opportunity to create meaningful and sustainable impact.

Supporting Women Artists

Patra Artist in Residence

We proudly support the Patra Artist in Residence Programme, founded by Thai artist Jarupatcha Achavasmit, to create spaces for artistic development and opportunity. Join us at our first Inspiration Dinner on 24 November to hear Jarupatcha share her incredible journey of women empowering women.

Meet Our Founders

Hospitality Entrepreneur & Professional Coach

Having won the birthplace lottery, I believe that privilege comes with responsibility.

I have been fortunate to build businesses, learn from different cultures, and work with extraordinary people around the world. Through GROW-TH, I hope to share my experience, my network, and my passion to help others grow and flourish.

We may all deserve the same opportunities, but we do not all start from the same place. If we can help close that gap, even a little, we can create meaningful change.

I know how much the right opportunity can change a life. I would not be where I am today without the people, chances, and support I received along the way.

I also know that for many women, talent and hard work are not always enough. Access, confidence, connection, and the right support can make all the difference.

Now that I am in a position to give something back, I want to help create a network where women can connect, grow, and support one another. I believe small acts of support can grow into something much bigger over time.
