GROW-TH is also exploring a possible collaboration with Chiang Mai University around professional training for women in elderly care.

The idea is still at an early stage and is not yet a GROW-TH project. Our ambition is to explore whether access to recognised training and practical skills could create sustainable employment and greater financial independence for women while responding to a growing need for qualified elderly care.

This is exactly the kind of opportunity we want GROW-TH to investigate: practical, locally relevant, and capable of creating lasting impact.
