GROW-TH is more than a foundation.
It is a network led by women and supported by a wider community of women and men who believe in lifting others as they rise.
At the same time, we believe that meaningful change happens when women and men work together. While our primary focus is creating opportunities for women, children, and local communities, we warmly welcome supporters, mentors, partners, and donors of all backgrounds.
Through regular gatherings, talks, mentoring programmes, and fundraising events, we create opportunities for meaningful connections, personal growth, and collective impact.
Some events are designed specifically for women, while others are open to everyone who shares our mission and values.
Our journey begins in Chiang Mai. From there, we aim to expand across Thailand and Asia, creating a community where people inspire, support, and empower one another.

Having won the birthplace lottery, I believe that privilege comes with responsibility.
I have been fortunate to build businesses, learn from different cultures, and work with extraordinary people around the world. Through GROW-TH, I hope to share my experience, my network, and my passion to help others grow and flourish.
We may all deserve the same opportunities, but we do not all start from the same place. If we can help close that gap, even a little, we can create meaningful change.
